Coach

Kylie DeCarolis, dicaks17@wfu.edu

Kylie hails from south Florida and played prep soccer at Pine Crest School. She is currently a student at WFU pursuing her undergraduate degree.

Personal Coaching Mission Statement: Having progressed from player to captain and now coach, I’ve come to realize how impactful soccer has been in my life. Through these roles I’ve learned about time management, the importance of open lines of communication, a strong work ethic, and what it means to be a team player. I coach to help players develop these skills and more. I coach in hopes of helping players find and build upon their character, confidence, and integrity both on and off the field.

Caroline Rusk, carolinerusk98@gmail.com

Caroline is a recent graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and works for Young Life of Forsyth County. She grew up in Davidson, North Carolina where she played club soccer for Carolina Rapids Soccer Club throughout elementary, middle, and high school. She went to college at UNC Chapel Hill (Go Heels) and played club soccer there my sophomore, junior, and senior year. Caroline always played center back growing up but in college came to love playing outside back!

Personal Coaching Mission Statement: I coach to help build confidence in athletes and develop players both on and off the field. I think it is crucial to have adults in the community that are investing into young players and raising up our future leaders.
