Summit collects some information about Website visits. We and/or our providers have access to domain names and I.P. addresses of visitors. We compile statistics that show the number of visitors and the number of requests we receive for particular pages or files on the Website. These statistics are used internally to evaluate and improve the Website.
You may provide personal information to us through the Website, which we will use to facilitate your requests. For example, when inquiring about Summit, you may provide us with personal information such as your name, email address and home address.
Email Privacy and Spam
Summit is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families. We do not post the full names of students on the public pages of our Website. Images of students are used on the public pages of the Website; however, students are never identified by name in images. Families consent to use of student photos as part of the enrollment process.
Online Giving and Other Transactions
We are committed to the privacy of all our donors and to those making any kind of transaction via the Website. Should you decide to make an online donation or purchase, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, contact information, and credit card billing information. All of this information is encrypted using SSL, an industry-standard secure technology designed to prevent the theft or interception of the information you provide. Credit card billing information is used by our payment processors only to obtain payment from the appropriate credit card firm and to fulfill the donor's or purchaser's request.
