
Reporter Tracey McCain, from WFMY-TV News 2, recently filmed Summit eighth
grade video production students for a segment on her show “School
Solutions.”
The story aired three times on Monday, December 7 during the “Good
Morning Show,” and again during the 5:00 p.m.
to 5:30 p.m. news show. It will air again this weekend, at
7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

Tracey
interviewed students about their experience filming the videos, which
were shot in Henry Heidtmann’s video production class and submitted to
the National Middle School Association contest. The video titled,
“Summit School—Making a World of Difference,” was one of four national
winners out of 100 submissions.
