Summit traveled to the Northeastern Forsyth County looking for a season sweep against Walkertown HS but they would be denied as the much improved Wolfpack played impressively earning a 55-45 win over the Eagles. Summit would jump out to an 8-0 lead and stay up 13-10 after one. However, Walkertown started to gain momentum in the second frame with sharp passing on the break and relentless pounding on the offensive glass. Summit trailed by two at the break and would never regain the lead as the Wolfpack executed down the stretch. Laney led Summit with 14 while William had 10, and Will added 9 (all on threes). Gavin and Jim added six each to round out the scoring. Summit will play their final game of the season at home Friday vs. QEA.
